Online Genius Gets Aquired

Online Genius the regional pioneer of online ordering for the food and beverage industry and Market Genius USA a nationwide web development firm has agreed to acquire the Online Genius and move its operations under the Market Genius brand.

This acquisition supports the company’s vision for a one stop shop for web development and ecommerce management under the Market Genius brand. Online Genius will be completely rebranded and restructured as a franchise sales and support organization.

The company will continue to service its customers from in its Miami, FL and Dunmore, Pennsylvania offices.
