Role Overview: As a Social Media Manager at Market Genius, your role involves crafting and executing the social media strategy for a national client. You will play a pivotal role in amplifying and expanding the client’s online presence, actively engaging with their audience, and fostering brand awareness across diverse social platforms. The responsibilities of each Social Media Manager include overseeing a client portfolio comprising 40+ locations. Collaborating with the franchisor on behalf of the client, you will ensure brand compliance. Availability for client calls and a commitment to fulfilling requests promptly are essential aspects of this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with company objectives.
• Create and curate engaging content for various social media channels.
• Manage social media accounts, including content scheduling and community engagement.
• Monitor and analyze social media metrics to track performance and optimize strategies.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging social media platforms.
• Working with national franchise marketing team to develop new branded content

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate engaging content.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools.
• Must be able to create content including ( pictures & or short videos )
